Pokémon 30 FAQs
To mark the special release, we will be selling Pokémon 30 products from all three of our locations in Chichester and Worthing: Unit 8 Montague Centre, 66 North Street, and 28 North Street. However, as this is a very popular product, we'll have some rules and restrictions in place for fairness and to avoid a disproportionate amount of Pokémon going to scalpers. You can find out more about these below. We thank you for your patience in the run-up to this exciting release!
When can I buy Pokémon 30 products?
From 10 am on release day: Wednesday 16th September 2026.
Can I pre-order my Pokémon 30 from CGC?
Sorry, we do not accept pre-orders for Pokémon products. We have a first-come-first-served policy and reserve stock for our players too. Offering pre-ordering would not allow for this.
I've heard about unsealing Pokémon. What does this mean?
To ensure that as many Pokémon products reach genuine players and collectors, we unseal products in store. This means that outer seals will be broken, making it harder for scalpers.
Will there be a queue?
Queues are likely at our Pokémon releases. We recommend getting to the stores early. Maybe grab some breakfast or a coffee from one of the great local businesses nearby to make sure you're well-fuelled for the wait. Pokémon training is hard work after all...
How do the queues work?
At some of our release events, we will have a 'two queue system'. On Pokémon 30 release day, this means we'll have one release at 10 am and another at 4 pm where we release a portion of our stock each time. The 10 am queue will be for everyone, and the 4 pm queue will be for our young trainers (aged 16 and below). We ask that young trainers open their purchases in store, so we can ensure the products are for them and not anyone else. All products will be unsealed, as above.
We are planning to open our new Chichester Gaming Rooms from 4 pm on release day where you can also check out our spaces available for gaming and TCGs, plus our free-to-play POKÉMON PINBALL MACHINE!
How many Pokémon 30 products can I buy?
We allow a maximum of three items per customer, and one of each item.
Is there a way I can get early access and trade with other players?
We run Pokémon Clubs at each of our locations (usually every Sunday). Club members are the first to hear about releases, exclusives, and events. Please see our Worthing store calendar here or our Chichester store calendar here if you or a young person would like to know more about joining our Pokémon Clubs.
