Dead Kings #1 has technomagic, missing brothers secret police and work camps - Like True Grit set in the world of Final Fantasy, DEAD KINGS is unrelenting with its passion and thrills, massive in scale and unflinching as it peers into the underside of the obligations that drive us all: to family and country.
The latest releases in the DC cartoon mashups arrive with Deathstroke dealing with Yogi Bear, Green Lantern with Huckleberry Hound, Superman with Topcat and Nightwing Magilla Gorilla (which was one that I had not heard of!).
From Hell is back as never seen before: fully restored and in colour for the first time! Often ranked among the greatest graphic novels, it takes on haunting new dimensions in FROM HELL: The Master Edition, enhanced with impressionistic hues by Eddie Campbell himself.
Vertigo's new launches continue with Hex Wives #1 - For hundreds of years a war has been waged between a coven of perpetually reincarnating witches and the all-male conspiracy known as the Architects. Dan Abnett contributes to a Planet of The Apes special from Boom celebrating over 50 years of one of cinema's most important franchises with this one-shot collection of stories highlighting the Planet of the Apes' most dangerous enemy: the beast called man!
Black Mask continue their stellar release slate with Sex Death Revolution #1 Life is a story. Her's is being rewritten.
