With all the chaos of the last few months it's been a while since we had a funny fifth month (31st March will be the 5th release day of March). These release days always have a strange variety of books arriving and this one doesn't disappoint 

Join Zadie Lu as she ventures into the shadows to face her fears and discovers a legacy she never knew she had in Shadecraft #1 (Joe Henderson, Lee Garbett). Zadie is afraid of her own shadow. My Little Pony: Transformers (Various) is the comic book crossover event of the year where Ponies, Autobots, and Decepticons mix it up together! When Queen Chrysalis casts a spell looking for more changelings, she accidentally interferes with a malfunctioning Spacebridge! What's this mean for our favourite fillies? There are suddenly a bunch of Autobots and Decepticons in Equestria! And as the dust settles, Rarity and Arcee find themselves teaming up against a hostile Decepticon force. Plus Spike and Grimlock; Pinkie Pie, Gauge, and Shockwave; Fluttershy, Discord, and Soundwave; Rainbow Dash and Windblade; and Optimus Prime and Twilight Sparkle all team up for more adventures because in the end, Pony and Autobots are both fighting for friendship.

Presenting the complete saga of rabbit ronin Miyamoto Usagi from the very beginning, in new, definitive colour editions, as Usagi Yojimbo: Origins vol. 1 (Stan Sakai)! As his enemies descend on his unprotected city, Captain Dynamo's widow rounds up his five illegitimate children, each of whom have inherited one of their father's super-powers. Dynamo 5 vol. 1 (Jay Faerber, Mahmud A. Asrar ) asks whether these total strangers can come to terms with their powers, their father's legacy and each other as total chaos erupts?

Spinning off from the universe of Sunstone comes a slice-of-life romantic story about a couple trying to regain the sexual energy from the beginning of their relationship by swinging with other couples. Swing (Linda Sejic, Matt Hawkins, Jenni Cheung) is an emotional journey of two people fighting to stay in love.

We're all about spycraft, as the world's best spies keep watch over the Bermuda Triangle from a mysterious island outpost teeming with supernatural intrigue, monsters, and evil villains set on global domination in Spy Island vol. 1 (Chelsea Cain, Elise McCall, Lia Miternique). The best of these spies is named Nora Freud (no relation).  She knows eighty-seven ways to kill someone with a cocktail toothpick, and she's used thirty-two of them.  Lately though, Nora has started to feel like she's going through the motions.  Close the temporal portal. Assassinate the genocidal maniac.  Have sex with the MI-6 agent.  Plus, the island has gotten kind of touristy. She agrees to one last mission. But when Nora's troubled marine cryptozoologist sister shows up unexpectedly, warning of mermaid attacks, Nora realises that boredom is not her biggest problem.

The Satanic Panic of the 80s has fallen away to a new wave of rebellious kids in rural Pennsylvania in the 1990s. Time for spider-craft, as by day Cindy Moon is an intrepid reporter for the upstart new media empire Threats & Menaces under her old boss, J. Jonah Jameson. By night, she's crime fighting super hero Silk #1 ( Maurene Goo, Takeshi Miyazawa) ! But those worlds are about to collide, as an investigation into a series of gangland murders puts Silk and everyone she loves in danger! Who is this powerful new player in New York's underworld, where did she come from, and what is she doing with that strange cat demon?

In King In Black: Ghost Rider #1 (Ed Brisson, Juan Frigeri), all Johnny Blaze wants is to destroy Mephisto, round up an army of escaped demons, and secure his seat on the throne of hell. Meanwhile in Shang-Chi: Earths Mightiest Martial Artist (Various) there's hellfire in Hong Kong as the Master of Kung Fu lends his deadly hands to the X-Men's cause in battle with Sebastian Shaw and the Kingpin! Then, he and Wolverine join Iron Fist and the Heroes for Hire, tackling pirates on the high seas off Madripoor! In Pokemon: Sun and Moon vol. 1 (Hidenori Kusaka, Satoshi Yamamoto) Moon is on her way to deliver a rare Pokémon to Professor Kukui in the Alola region when she meets his good friend Sun, a courier entrusted with a special Pokédex. Sun offers to safely deliver Moon to the professor's lab... But then they tangle with a group of grunts from Team Skull and are attacked by a mysterious Pokémon!

Sticking with the pocket monsters there is also Pokemon: Black and White vol. 1 (Hidenori Kusaka, Satoshi Yamamoto) in which Colress, the new leader of Team Plasma, is attacking the Unova region. His machines control Pokémon, wielding their powers for evil instead of good. Fortunately, a way to jam the signals is stored on a memory card. But who has the card...? A girl at the Pokémon Trainers' School! Maybe that's why our hero is such a flirt-he's just doing his job gathering intel. But he'd better stop playing the field and find that card fast before someone beats him to it!

Homeless and haunted by ghosts, high schooler Kogarashi thinks his luck has finally turned when he finds Yuragi-sou: a cheap boarding house that was formerly a hot springs inn, now full of super sexy, scantily clad female tenants. Yuuna and the Haunted Hot Springs (Tadahiro Miura) vol. 13 hits the racks and there's a duel for a love potion on the line, and the whole Yuragi-sou crew are embroiled in a game of water gun survival! They'll be pitting their strength and wits against one another to win the ultimate wet t-shirt battle royale. Meanwhile, Kogarashi undergoes some changes to his psychic powers which will require him to be even more hands-on with Yuuna than usual...

In Deep Scar vol. 1, (Rossella Sergi) Sofia is a quiet, shy young woman who's never been away from home for long. When she moves to Turin for school, it's her first time away from her family and her boyfriend Luca. But her new roommate, Veronica, leads a life very different from hers: she prefers evenings in the company of beautiful boys! Meanwhile, Luca dreads the influence of Veronica and her entourage on Sofia, and especially the presence of the enigmatic Lorenzo, who seems to be a little too interested in his girlfriend...
