It's an exciting week folks! Something a lot of us is waiting for is about to drop and I can't wait!

The greatest threat the DC universe may ever face is here, in the form of Doctor Manhattan, and the scary thing is he's not really even trying to destroy it. He just wants to see how it ticks.

DOOMSDAY CLOCK #1 (GARY FRANK COVER B)

How can you take on an entity that simply make and unmake universes? If you haven't read the iconic Watchmen by Alan Moore, now is the time before Doomsday Clock kicks off, you won't regret it.

In less iconic but still awesome news DC's Vertigo has another title out this week. Imaginary Fiends. What do you do when the imaginary devil on your back isn't just in your dreams but is riding you and telling you to kill your best friend? You get professional mental help. Melba's imaginary fiend is Polly Peachpit (Peach Melba anyone?) a creature that feeds on compliance becoming more powerful the more you do what they want. And now the FBI want Melba to use Polly to take on other fiends like herself. It's a fantastic setup to a story, maybe not initially as dark as Kill or Be Killed, but with a similar texture and the possibility that it could all get so much worse. Well worth a read!

IMAGINARY FIENDS #1

Lara Croft the Tomb Raider returns for some unfinished business in The Survivors Crusade, with writers Jackson Lanzing and Collin Kelly (Joyride, Hacktivist) and artist Ashley A. Woods (Ladycastle) this should be as gripping as it is beautiful.

There are a bunch of great one shots this week as well, James Bond is spy-hunting some Russians in Paris, and in typical spy fashion is he the hunter or the hunted? The awesome Silver Sable has a one shot to get her Legacy series up and running; after faking her death so well she unfortunately finds herself in a hostage situation where she needs to get everyone out alive. And The delightful Giant Days is here to just make everything better.
