Plus, Owlman, President Superman, Iris West, Captain Carrot and Guy Gardner team up, and we witness the fallout from the World’s Greatest Heroes’ battle against Perpetua!

Bruce Wainwright, a comic book-reading kid obsessed with the Caped Crusader, loses his parents in a violent crime...and in the real world, no superheroes exist to save the day. Batman: Creature Of The Night (Kurt Busiek, John Paul Leon) is a stand-alone story set outside of regular continuity in 1968 Boston, MA. The victim of the brutal murder of his family, young Bruce sees grief and rage build inside himself...until something strange starts taking wing in the Gotham night! The Old Guard: Tales Through Time #1 (Various) kicks off a new series of standalone stories set in the same universe as the popular comic, now a Netflix movie. Indie trade wise we kick off with another butt-kicking lady, as Buffy the Vampire Slayer vol. 5 (Jordie Bellaire, Jeremy Lambert, Ramon Bachs, Andres Genolet) hits the shelves, and Willow returns to Sunnydale with a secret about Buffy and the Scooby Gang that'll change everything!

A true collector's edition spectacular from two of the hottest creators in comics, and a must-have for any fan!

My Life in Transition (Julia Kaye) is a story that's not often told about trans lives: what happens beyond the early days of transition. Both deeply personal and widely relatable, this collection illustrates six months of Julia's life as an out trans woman-about the beauty and pain of love and heartbreak, struggling to find support from bio family and the importance of chosen family, moments of dysphoria and misgendering, learning to lean on friends in times of need, and finding peace in the fact that life keeps moving forward.

For the single ladies we have Lonely Receiver (Zac Thompson, Jen Hickman) a horror / break-up story in five parts. Catrin Vander, a lonely video producer, buys an Artificial Intelligence partner that's meant to bond for life. After ten years together, her holographic wife suddenly disconnects without a warning. The breakup drives Catrin to the point of near insanity. She's alone for the first time in years and reeling from a loss she can't comprehend.

We don't like to admit it, but this is an evil world where evil people do evil stuff all the time. Thankfully, there is a secret cabal within the United States government that works outside our normal system to influence world matters through targeted assassination. In Die! Die! Die! vol. 2 (Robert Kirkman, Scott Gimple, Erik Burnham, Nathan Fairbairn ) Senator Connie Lipshitz has taken over the cabal, using her vast resources to finally make the world a better place...no matter how many people have to die! Meanwhile, Barnaby is on the run, and his journey takes him to some very dark places. Thankfully...you can only get your nose cut off once!

After their initial confrontation with Kokushibo, the most powerful of Muzan's demons, Tokito is severely wounded and Genya has been cut in half-but is still alive! Can his regenerative power heal even this fatal wound? Then the Hashira Himejima and Sanemi square off against Kokushibo and unleash all the skill they have against him. Himejima is blind, but if he can see into the Transparent World, he might have a chance in Demon Slayer Kimetsu No Yaiba vol. 20 (Koyoharu Gotouge).
