The New #1s and One-Shots

Adventure Time Pride Special 2026 #1 (One-Shot)
From writer Rosie Knight and artist Evgenia Vereli, this giant-sized, 48-page special features Marceline and Princess Bubblegum celebrating their anniversary. When they create a never-before-heard mixtape of their memories, the trip down memory lane makes them realise they might have been looking at their history through rose-coloured glasses, leading them to question what is real and whether another force is playing them like a fiddle.

Deadman #1
Written by W. Maxwell Prince with art by Martín Morazzo, this Next Level series focuses on Boston Brand, the shifty circus aerialist whose soul was commandeered by the goddess Rama Kushna in the millisecond following his murder. Deputized as the ghost Custodian of All Souls, Deadman begrudgingly floats through Earth protecting humanity from evil. In the aftermath of DC K.O., the boundary between life and death has dissolved, and Deadman must possess the living and metahumans alike to stop a spiritual free-fall.

It's Jeff: Brand New Week #1 (One-shot)
Written by Kelly Thompson with art by Gurihiru and Goodman Yamada, this adorable, all-ages one-shot collects hit digital Infinity Comic material in print for the first time. Jeff the Land Shark just wants to be left alone, but his life gets chaotic when he runs into a clingy 'septapus' named Ken. When the duo finds themselves stuck together in a tricky predicament, Jeff must put aside his grievances to help them both escape. The issue also reprints Jeff's earliest encounters with Deadpool and Elsa Bloodstone.

Junk Punch #1
Written by Eisner-winner Paul Tobin with art by Carlos Javier Olivares and Colleen Coover, this quirky near-future series is set in a world where bizarre new compulsions afflict everyday citizens (such as the need to paint all pigeons pink or tell the absolute truth on dating apps). The story follows Clara Castanelle, aka Junk Punch, who suffers from an uncontrollable addiction to punching people in the junk as she embarks on a quest to solve a bizarre series of thefts.

Justice League: Dream Girls A DC Pride Event #1
Written by Nicole Maines and Jadzia Axelrod with art by Nicola Scott, J. Bone, and Brandt & Stein, this All In Pride miniseries kicks off in the aftermath of the Justice League Intergalactic Special. Dreamer and Galaxy suddenly awaken on the island of Themyscira, living out an idyllic fantasy as the princess and champion of the Amazons. However, a mysterious stranger washes ashore urging Dreamer to leave paradise to save the world, revealing they are trapped in a false dreamscape created by the villainous Key. This debut issue also features a Batwoman backup story by Greg Rucka and Claire Roe.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (2026) #1
New York Times-bestselling comic book writer Marguerite Bennett and artist Andrew Lee Griffith launch a bold new era for the Power Rangers franchise. It has been ten years since the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers turned in their morphers and went their separate ways. Now adults, the former heroes are summoned back to the Command Center to reunite and face a terrifyingly evolved new form of their old nemesis, Rita Repulsa, now known as Rita Rabiosa.

Only the Savage Are Left #1
Writer Zack Kaplan and illustrator Stefano Raffaele team up for a haunting, post-apocalyptic survival tale. A highly contagious, strange virus has spread across the world, transforming infected humans into bloodthirsty monsters — and the only cure is to kill another infected soul. The story follows Ryder, a nonviolent young man who sets out from his secure settlement into a merciless wilderness of monsters and ruthless monster-killers to locate his missing true love, testing whether he can survive without sacrificing his humanity.

Star Wars: Rogue One - Jyn Erso #1
Written by Ethan Sacks with art by Ramon Rosanas, this one-shot celebrates the ten-year anniversary of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. Imprisoned in the toxic Wobani Labour Camp under her alias Liana Hallik, Jyn Erso's brutal daily grind is shattered when a desperate crew of prisoners begs her to help orchestrate an impossible escape. Jyn must outwit Imperial security droids, towering defence cannons, and incinerators to crack the security code and keep a young prisoner alive.

Supergirl: Survive #1
Written by Ethan S. Parker and Griffin Sheridan with art by Rod Reis, this DC Elseworlds miniseries offers a harrowing new perspective on the destruction of Krypton. Kara Zor-El is a teenager dealing with normal family squabbles and her fussy baby cousin, Kal-El. But when Krypton burns and General Zod unleashes all-out devastation, Kara and the infant are launched into the void inside a prototype rocket, forced to brave a cold, hostile universe where Kara must fight to keep them both alive.

The Ring: The Man Who Beat the Man #1
Written by Gail Simone with art by Elisa Romboli, this eight-issue series is produced in collaboration with the editorial team at the historic boxing magazine The Ring. The series mixes deep boxing lore and strategic athletic mindsets with a fictional, merciless landscape where contenders must battle through a deadly gauntlet to defeat — and become — the reigning Champ.

Transformers: The Movie 40th Anniversary Edition #1
Relive the beloved animated masterpiece, re-presented on deluxe newsprint for its 40th anniversary. Written by Ralph Macchio with art by Don Perlin, Ian Akin, and Brian Garvey, the series adapts the iconic 1986 film. As Optimus Prime and Megatron wage their devastating final battle on Earth, a whole new beginning rises from the ashes for the Autobots and Decepticons, setting the stage for a new generation of heroes.

What If...? Uncanny X-Men #1 (One-shot)
Written by Gerry Duggan with art by Jan Bazaldua, this special one-shot kicks off Marvel's 50th-anniversary celebration of the What If? series. The story asks: what if Cyclops had stayed with Madelyne Pryor? The narrative explores an alternate reality where Madelyne, the Goblin Queen, survived the Inferno event and Cyclops succeeded in saving her soul, allowing them to raise their young son Nathan Summers together — revealing why this domestic dream would become the most horrific nightmare to ever strike mutantdom and Earth.

X-Men '97: Season Two #1
Written by Steve Foxe with art by Salva Espín, this official five-issue prelude comic series bridges the gap between the explosive first season finale of the hit Disney+ animated series and the highly-anticipated second season. Following the catastrophic fall of Genosha and the time-displacing cliffhanger that scattered the core X-Men across history, this prelude follows the heroes left behind in the present era as they fight for survival in a world that hunts and hates mutantkind.
