The New #1s and One-Shots

Darkstalkers x Street Fighter: Queens Shadow #1 (One-Shot)

This massive crossover pits Capcom's Street Fighter heroes against the monstrous Night Warriors of Darkstalkers in a dimensional battle. With half of Chicago yanked into the demonic Makai realm, a plan is hatched to return the city to its home dimension on Earth. The two teams must stop their infighting long enough to save the city and its people from Jedah Dohma's apocalyptic forces. Written by Marshall Dillon and Tim Seeley with art by Alberto Alburquerque.

Eye Collector #1

This surreal cosmic horror series begins when an ancient, spectral being has its curiosity toward Earth reignited after the human crew of the Apollo 10 mission makes wishes over the Moon. Returning to Earth, the monstrous creature begins to tempt the parents of a child living in a neglectful household, offering to realize their deepest dreams in exchange for their son's eyes. It's a dark exploration of desire, fantasy, and the ways our perspective shapes our reality.Written by Jonathan Ball with art by GMB Chomichuk.

Mind MGMT: New & Improved #1

Ten years after the extra-governmental psychic espionage agency Mind Management exploded, the surviving agents have gone underground, forging new lives with unremarkable identities. But when a man is poisoned in a coffee shop with a sophisticated neurotoxin, and a supposed suicide victim is run over by a train with his arms found in a trash can five miles away, two investigators — Detectives Delphi and Swon — realize that someone is systematically killing former agents in improbable ways. This self-contained entry point kicks off a brand-new era for the Eisner-nominated series. Written, illustrated, and designed by Matt Kindt.

Summer of Supergirl Special #1 (One-Shot)

In this anthology-style special, the quiet town of Midvale is shaken to its core when Supergirl finds herself face-to-face with the galactic bounty hunter, Lobo. Can the Maiden of Might stand up to the Main Man? This extra-sized one-shot also features two bonus stories celebrating Supergirl as she resumes her rightful place as the Heir to El. Written by Sophie Campbell, Mark Waid, and Gail Simone, with art by Belén Ortega, Cian Tormey, and Emma Kubert.

Ultimate Universe: Finale #1

The ultimate goodbye has arrived. Following the events of Ultimate Endgame #5, the creative teams of all the Ultimate books come together one last time to say farewell to Earth-6160. This landmark, double-sized one-shot serves as the grand finale of the imprint, bringing an end to the real-time alternate-history timeline and setting the stage for what’s next in the Marvel Universe. Written by Deniz Camp, Chris Condon, Jonathan Hickman, Bryan Edward Hill, and Peach Momoko, with art by Alessandro Cappuccio, Stefano Caselli, Marco Checchetto, Juan Frigeri, and Peach Momoko.

Universal Monsters: Blood of the Wolf Man #1 (Of 4)

This new horror miniseries reboots the classic Wolf Man for a new generation. College student Adam Jaeger thought he could become someone new at university, but after partying, he wakes up recovering from a horrific massacre that left almost no survivors. The worst part of all? He might be the one responsible. As the monster within tries to claw loose, Adam will do anything to keep from becoming the Wolf Man. Written by Joshua Williamson with art by Leomacs and Pip Martin.

X-Men: Outback #1

Journey back to the late 1980s when the public believed Storm, Wolverine, Rogue, Colossus, Dazzler, Havok, Psylocke, and Longshot were dead. Presumed dead and operating out of a remote, high-tech mining town in the Australian Outback that is magically invisible to detection, this five-issue retro limited series reveals an all-new saga set during this iconic era. This debut issue features the first-ever appearance of Sabretooth in the Australian outback, a secret branch of the Rasputin family, the God of the Rivers, and an all-new Australian version of the Morlocks. Written by Steve Orlando with art by Stephen Segovia.
