From the long-awaited return of Cyclops in his own title to the debut of a Jar Jar Binks spotlight, there is plenty for every kind of collector.
Below we’ve curated a list of new #1s and one-shots hitting our shelves this week so you know exactly what to add to your pull list.
Absolute Wonder Woman Annual 2026 #1
Following the traumatic events of her Medusa experience in Gateway City, Diana grapples with lingering hauntings and a desperate search for answers from the gods. This oversized special sees her finally confronting Athena as she seeks justice and personal redemption in a visually spectacular mythological epic.
Bleeding Hearts #1 Set a decade after a zombie apocalypse where the undead have established their own dominant society, language, and culture. The story follows a zombie named "Poke," a beloved member of his community whose life is thrown into chaos when his heart mysteriously begins beating again, causing him to see humans as friends rather than food.
The Center Holds #1 In a world where superheroes are commonplace, the law requires them to join a union to manage financial liability for collateral damage. This giant-sized debut features the Superheroes' Union—including the genius Scyber and the mysterious Keeper—as they navigate the delicate balance of saving lives while battling both rising villains and crushing bureaucracy.
The Crown: A Tale of Hell #1 This two-issue Hellboy prequel focuses on Hellboy’s demonic family. Deep within Castle Azzael, a new crown is forged in secret, sparking a cycle of betrayal and backstabbing between Hellboy’s father, uncle, and half-brothers (Gamon and Lusk) as they all vie for the chance to seize Satan's dormant throne.
Cyclops #1 Scott Summers finds himself in a harrowing fight for survival after being separated from the X-Men. Lost in a mountain wilderness without the visor that keeps his devastating optic blasts in check, he must evade the cybernetic Reavers and their leader, Donald Pierce.
Good Bones and Other Sordid Tales #1 This horror one-shot, curated from the Hello Darkness anthology, features a collection of "grimy, gritty, and gory" stories. The lead tale, Good Bones, explores a house of forbidden love that harbours a grudge as powerful and dangerous as any supernatural entity.
Radiant Black and White #1 Celebrating the 5th anniversary of Radiant Black, this special one-shot reprints the crisp, original inks from the series' first issue, allowing fans to experience the origins of the character in a stark black-and-white format.
Star Wars: Jar Jar Binks #1 Jar Jar Binks faces the dire consequences of his role in granting emergency powers to Chancellor Palpatine. The story reveals the pivotal and unexpected role he played in the early formation of the Rebel Alliance and features a guest appearance by Jedi Knight Kelleran Beq.
The Thing on the Doorstep #1 A chilling adaptation of H.P. Lovecraft’s classic story. Daniel Upton and Edward Derby have been best friends for their entire lives, but that bond is shattered when Daniel shoots Edward dead in an asylum—a crime he insists he didn't commit, despite the overwhelming evidence.
Tortured Hearts #1 In the tradition of classic EC Comics, this 56-page special delivers "soft whispers and death rattles" for the romantically inclined. It includes multiple tales of terror, such as A Pocket Full of Nails, which is inspired by a true story of a stalker targeting female comic creators.
Wade Wilson: Deadpool #1 Writer Benjamin Percy delivers a darker, more serious iteration of the Merc with a Mouth. Haunted by a dark memory and a mysterious client, Wade Wilson finds himself on a troubling path where redemption seems impossible and the humour is bleaker than ever before.
Witchblade Annual 2026 #1 This anthology-style one-shot puts the spotlight on Ian Nottingham. It features three distinct stories set before, during, and after his complicated time serving Kenneth Irons and his relationship with Sara Pezzini, exploring the tragedy that defined his life.
