What's the trail all about?
While The BFG is on stage at Chichester Festival Theatre, the story spills out into the city with The BFG Family Trail – a playful, family-friendly adventure through Chichester’s shops and cafés. The magic begins over the Easter holidays, when chiddlers are invited to explore the city of Chichester in search of colourful dream jars hiding in eight windows. Each dream jar features a wonderfully splendiferous word - with one letter highlighted. All you need to do is collect the letters from each word and unscramble the letters to create a new gobblefunk-inspired* word to complete the trail.
The BFG Family Trail forms part of CFT, Chichester BID, and Children’s BookFest’s involvement in Chichester’s Year of Reading: Go All In campaign.
